Burn707 Return & Exchange policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, our return policy allows you to return merchandise within 30 days of the date of purchase for an exchange or refund.

Exchanges

• Simply return the item within 30 days of receipt for a replacement of the same item in different color or size. Be sure to note which size and color for your replacement.
• Send your package insured and postage paid. 
• It is recommended you send back all returns via UPS.
• Once your exchange item is received, the replacement will be reshipped with shipping costs paid for by Burn707.
• All returns are shipped via USPS unless any additional costs are pre-paid.
• Exchanges are usually processed within 3 – 5 business days of receipt.

Refunds

• Send your package insured and postage paid back to Burn707 with a note for the reason for your return.
• It is recommended you send back all returns via UPS.
• Once the returned item is received, you will receive a refund for the amount of the product minus a return fee.
• Original shipping costs including refused packages and return postage is not refunded.
• Returns are usually processed within 3 – 5 business days of receipt.
