I am a personal trainer and yoga instructor and I am always looking for ways to improve my athletic performance and help my clients get results as fast as possible! - Ever since I started training with the OT bands, I have lost inches in my waist, built up my glutes, and toned my legs and arms! Next Tuesday is week 17 in my rehab. I’m going to play a three-day, 63 hole golf tournament.
